Michelle Dahlstrand

Michelle Dahlstrand serves as the Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Specialty Diagnostics Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Vice President of Commercial Enablement for North America at QuidelOrtho from June 2021 to February 2023. From January 2007 to May 2021, Michelle held multiple leadership roles at MilliporeSigma, including Head of Sales Enablement and Head of Global Learning & Development, significantly impacting sales strategies and processes through team collaboration and cross-functional initiatives. Michelle began a career in sales management at Upstate/Chemicon and Chemicon International, with experience in business development at BioSource International. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Genetics from Texas A&M University and additional studies at Baylor College of Medicine.
