Montserrat C. Gutiérrez E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Process Engineering Corporate Manager at Grupo Lala since November 2016. Key responsibilities include defining and optimizing productive processes, implementing statistical process control (SPC), and leading sustainability, safety, and quality initiatives across multiple regions, including the USA, Mexico, Central America, and Brazil. Montserrat has also held various leadership roles focused on quality systems and has a strong background in project management from previous positions at ALPLA Group and Henkel. Montserrat holds a diploma in Management Skills from ICAMI and completed a Quality Train The Trainer Program at TACK International Denmark, as well as a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México.
