Rohan Barooah, PMP®, MSc, is an accomplished Project Manager with over 6 years of experience in leading and managing diverse projects within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager III in Reliability Engineering at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rohan is focused on promoting reliability-centered culture principles. Previously, at McMaster Manufacturing Research Institute, Rohan excelled in client communications, project planning, cost estimation, and contract negotiation for over 50 projects. Rohan has a strong background in research and development, process improvement, and mechanical testing, having managed multiple projects and performed detailed analyses throughout the project lifecycle. Holding a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Gauhati University, Rohan has demonstrated a commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
