Lyn Francis

Executive Assistant to CEO at ThermoWorks

Lyn Francis has worked in various roles since 1984. Lyn began as a Sales Representative and Merchandiser for Performance Systems, Inc., where they presented and sold new items and developed processes and strategies to increase sales revenue. Lyn then moved on to become Co-director of "ACTIONdata" at the same company, where they supplied technical expertise to engineer data collection programs at satellite broker operations nationwide. In 2006, they became Operations Manager at Oh My Crafts, where they assisted with team building initiatives and overall support for maintenance of organizational culture and employee morale, and researched, analyzed, and implemented new and existing vendor product lines. In 2013, they joined Stardocs Media as COO/Concierge Director, where they managed and coordinated projects and deadlines between clients, writers, sales, design, and distribution teams for HEALTHY Utah Magazine, and maintained client relationships for improved retention with regular communication and reporting. Finally, in 2014, they became Executive Assistant to the CEO at ThermoWorks, Inc.

Lyn Francis received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix in 1986. Prior to that, they studied General & Social Studies at the University of Utah from 1981 to 1983.
