Mehreen K. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2013, Mehreen started as a Customer Service Specialist at the Office of the Vice President, Research and Innovation at Ryerson University. From June 2014 to May 2015, they worked as a Peer Trainer in the same organization. Later, from May 2015 to May 2016, they served as an International Partnerships and Events Intern.

In 2016, Mehreen joined Experis-Veritaaq as a Technical Recruiter, where they worked until April 2017.

Starting in June 2017, Mehreen joined SID LEE and served as a Talent Coordinator until January 2020. During this time, they were responsible for various HR tasks such as onboarding, employee relations, training and development, compensation, HR compliance/payroll, and performance reviews. Mehreen also played a role in global talent projects, including the implementation of WorkDay. Subsequently, they were promoted to a Human Resources Business Partner and worked in this position until October 2021.

In 2021, Mehreen joined theScore as a People and Culture Specialist in October and later became the Lead of People and Culture in July 2022.

Additionally, Mehreen is involved with Monday Girl, where they serve as a Mentor since September 2022 and as a Social Club Member since November 2021. The Monday Girl Social Club is a private digital career network that offers educational opportunities, mentorship with industry leaders, and an active online community for professional women across industries.

From 2012 to 2016, Mehreen K. attended Ryerson University, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. Mehreen also holds a certification as an HRPA Member from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
