Alessandra Silva Kroeff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alessandra is currently working at theSkimm as the Vice President of Growth Strategy. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Strategy & Operations at theSkimm. Before joining theSkimm, Alessandra worked at Univision Communications Inc. where they served as the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations for Univision Deportes. Alessandra also worked as the Director of Strategy & Operations for Univision Deportes, and as an Associate in the Office of the CEO. Alessandra began their career at ExxonMobil, where they held roles such as Treasury Unit Supervisor, Financial Analyst, and Credit Assessment Analyst, gaining experience in treasury activities, credit assessment, and financial analysis. Alessandra also had an internship at The Walt Disney Company as a Corporate Management Audit Intern.

Alessandra Silva Kroeff completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2014 to 2016. Alessandra also pursued executive education at Harvard Business School in the field of The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports, completing the program in 2018. Prior to these achievements, Alessandra earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
