Eemi Rautiainen

Eemi Rautiainen is an experienced project manager currently working at The Switch since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing production operations as a temporary factory manager and ensuring occupational safety and performance reporting for the Vaasa factory, which specializes in manufacturing permanent magnet shaft generators for marine applications and offshore wind turbines. Prior to this role, Eemi held positions as a production engineer and production engineer trainee, focusing on production development, planning, and support. Earlier work experience includes dock worker roles at Euroports Finland Oy and an assembly worker position at Wärtsilä. Eemi is currently pursuing two Master's degrees at the University of Vaasa, one in Industrial Management and another in Energy Technology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Energy Technology.
