Panu Kurronen

Panu Kurronen has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and technology fields. Panu began their career at KONE in 1995, where they worked as a Project Engineer until 1999. In 2000, they joined Lappeenranta University of Technology as a Researcher, a position they held until 2007. Following this, they joined Yaskawa Environmental Energy / The Switch in 2002 as a Product Manager, a role they served in until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Kurronen held the position of CTO at the same company. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Technology at Yaskawa Environmental Energy / The Switch.

Panu Kurronen completed their secondary education at Imatrankosken lukio from 1980 to 1983, where they received their secondary school graduate degree. Panu then pursued higher education at LUT University from 1984 to 2003, where they earned a D.Sc in Electric Engineering.
