Ashley Fripp, MS, SPHR

Ashley Fripp, MS, SPHR has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 with Loyola Marymount University, where they held the roles of Office Assistant, Payroll and Office Assistant, University Relations. In 2010, they began working for Robert Half as an Administrative Assistant, and in 2011 they began working for MPR Associates, Inc., acquired by RTI International May 1, 2013, as an Office Assistant. In 2013, Ashley began working for UC Berkeley as an HR/AP Business Partner, HR Generalist, and HRIS Specialist. That same year, they also began working for Robert Half as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. In 2016, they began working for Zogenix, Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist, and in 2018 they began working for Karl Storz Imaging as a Human Resources Generalist. Most recently, in 2022 Ashley began working for Theta Lake as a Human Resources Lead.

Ashley Fripp, MS, SPHR obtained a Master of Science in Education Technology Leadership from California State University - East Bay between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Television Production from Loyola Marymount University between 2006 and 2010. In addition, they hold a HR Analytics Certificate from eCornell, obtained in December 2020, a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in February 2019, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in December 2019.
