Linda Parr

Linda Parr has more than 20 years of experience in the disability services field, having worked in school, residential, and day service settings. She joined Tangram as a Community Resource Professional in the Community Exploration program after seven years of managing a Medicaid Waiver day program. Linda was instrumental in helping Tangram establish community and residential services in the Lafayette area. She was promoted to a Community Resource Manager in 2018 after having helped to grow the community program to more than 25 clients. In 2021, she was elevated to the role of Assistant Director of Residential and Community Services, where she will continue to focus her efforts on the Lafayette area. Linda’s mission is to mentor and encourage Tangram’s clients, as well as our employees, by offering the support and confidence they need to live their best, most fulfilled life. She believes that no dream is too big! Linda holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and Psychology from Ivy Tech. In her free time, she enjoys going on adventures with her grandson, traveling, spending quality time with family and her pets, and relaxing at the lake in the summer.
