Michael Baringolts

Michael Baringolts has had a diverse and successful career. In 2021, they began working for ThetaRay as a Customer Success & Project Manager. In this role, they built and maintained strong relationships with customers, reported directly to the VP of Customer Success, delivered projects on time and budget, and managed a team of professionals. In 2019, they volunteered as the Head of Social Media for the IDF Junior Command Military Academy Alumni Association, where they increased engagement by 50%. From 2018 to 2017, they worked for the Israel Defense Forces as a Company Leader (Captain) and Operations Officer (Lieutenant), respectively. In 2015, they were a Team Leader (Lieutenant).

Michael Baringolts attended The Hebrew Reali School from 2009 to 2012. Michael then attended the IDF Junior Command Military Academy until 2012. From 2019 to 2023, they attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB, both in International Business.
