Christian Fleischer

Christian Fleischer has extensive experience in private equity and value creation, currently serving as Director of Value Creation at THI Investments since January 2021. Concurrently, Christian holds the position of Senior Manager of Value Creation at apo.com Group and has been a Board Observer for both WJ and Bain & Company. Previously, Christian worked at Bain & Company from September 2014 to December 2020, specializing in automotive and industrial goods, as well as private equity due diligence and portfolio value creation. Earlier roles include positions in investment banking and management consulting at firms such as Lazard, goetzpartners, Porsche Consulting, and PwC. Christian holds a Master's degree in Business Administration & Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, as well as experience at Tongji University.
