Dr. Atul K. Yadav

Atul K Yadav is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People - Asia and the Regional Head of Human Resources & Administration at Thiess since April 2019. With a strong background in talent acquisition and management, Atul previously held the position of Corporate HR in a leading global mining company from August 2011 to April 2019, focusing on creating effective hiring strategies and best practices. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate - Human Resources at Cairn Energy PLC, where Atul managed end-to-end recruitment for various functions, including international recruitment for senior roles. Earlier, as an Assistant Manager at Adani Group, Atul was involved in talent management, training and development, employee relations, and HR systems implementation. Academically, Atul holds a PGDM in Human Resource from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a Master's in Labor Laws & Labor Welfare from Symbiosis Law School, and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Rajasthan.
