Naveen Zachariah

Naveen Zachariah is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition (East) at Thiess since 2023. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Naveen previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Concentrix (2021-2023) and Futurhire (2017-2021). Prior experience includes being the Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific & Japan at Nuance Communications (2009-2016) and roles in talent acquisition and HR advisory at Intelanz, Frasers Property Australia, Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, Adecco, and Nielsen. Naveen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore.
