Rutger Kloosterboer

Rutger Kloosterboer is an experienced executive currently serving as CCO/COO at Things I Like Things I Love since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rutger was the Head of Sales at HeatTransformers from March 2024 to January 2025. A significant portion of Rutger's career was spent at Suitsupply, starting as a Sales Advisor and culminating in the position of General Manager for China, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations of retail stores and headquarters. Additional roles at Suitsupply included Global Customer Service Director, Regional Manager, and Product Manager focused on quality control in China. Earlier experiences include internships at Ballast Nedam, Stork Fokker Aerospace, and the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Rutger holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Operations from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
