Dawn Campbell

Dawn Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dawn began their career as a Direct Sales Representative at Progressive Insurance, where they handled transactions and sold new business. Dawn then moved on to become a Claims Representative and later a Claims Supervisor, overseeing the administration of claims and ensuring compliance with standards. Dawn also served as a Corporate Training Manager at Progressive, leading training and educational programs.

Afterwards, Dawn worked as a Senior Training Manager at Esurance, where they collaborated with business leadership to identify training needs and designed and organized training programs for employees. Dawn then joined Rodan + Fields as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development, overseeing content development strategy for field learning programs and collaborating with senior directors to assess learning needs.

Most recently, Dawn has been working at Think Goodness as the Vice President of Sales and Training.
