Stephen Spilsbury has worked in the marketing and printing industries since 2000. Stephen began their career as Vice President and General Manager of Black Mountain Graphics, where they managed all aspects of the company, including pricing structure, sales training, and marketing implementation. Stephen then moved to Terry A. Nagi & Associates, where they conducted print specific trade show seminars and provided print specific business advisory services. In 2006, Stephen took on the role of Executive Vice President at Universal Color Graphics, Inc., where they were responsible for all equipment acquisition, vendor negotiations, pricing structure, targeting local markets, direct sales, sales hiring and training, marketing strategy, and overall company strategies. Stephen then worked as Special Advising Consultant on Hybrid-Digital Marketing and Print Production at Think Ink Marketing from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they provided direct consulting services for cross functional online and print consulting services. In 2015, Stephen became President & CEO of AR Smart Marketing, Inc., where they concepted projects beginning with R&D to review, test, and implement the use of augmented reality software. Stephen also developed and realized best practices of AR use with regards to entertainment vs. interactive experiences. From 2015 to present, Stephen has worked as Regional Digital Marketing Strategist at HYFN Local - A Nexstar Digital Company - ABC Local 5, where they are the market's subject matter expert on digital services. Stephen also worked as Print and Digital Media Consultant at hibu business from 2013 to 2015, where they managed over 200 regional accounts and provided client needs assessment and digital product recommendations. In 2014, Stephen was awarded top 10% out of 2500 salespersons of the year for digital sales goals nationwide.

Stephen Spilsbury's education history includes attending Cerritos College and Warren High School. Stephen has also obtained several certifications, including a Simpli.fi Platform Certification in February 2023, a Programmatic Advertising University Completion from LiveRamp in January 2022, a The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations in December 2021, a Google Marketing Platform Certified in January 2021, a Facebook Blueprint Certified in December 2019, a Google Analytics Power User in August 2019, a Masters Digital Marketing Certified from Market Motive in March 2016, a Programmatic DSP & Advertising Training Certifications from Simpli.fi in January 2016, and a Google AdWord Certified.
