Lorne Hass has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Starting in 2010, they worked as a Consultant/Administrator at The Glencoe Club, where they focused on recruiting, hiring, and mentoring a part-time team to improve customer service. Lorne also had responsibilities in onboarding, training, and setting service standards for new team members.

From 2011 to 2012, Lorne worked at Travel Alberta as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of Microsoft .NET platform on two tourism websites. Lorne successfully managed requirements gathering, IA, taxonomy, CRM, design, development, and CRM database integration.

In 2013, Lorne joined AdFarm as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects. Their responsibilities included managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

From 2015 to 2016, Lorne worked as a Project Manager at Trigger Communication & Design, Ltd. Here, they managed projects and facilitated effective communication and expectations among team members and stakeholders.

Continuing their project management career, Lorne joined Momentum Project Services in 2009 as a Project Management Consultant. Lorne focused on solution-oriented project management and consulting, emphasizing effective communication and stakeholder alignment. Lorne successfully managed SharePoint and SiteCore implementations.

Moving on, Lorne took on the role of Special Teams Coordinator at Calgary Colts Junior Football Club from 2006 to 2015. Lorne exhibited strong leadership skills and coordinated special teams operations.

Starting in 2016, Lorne worked at McCann Worldgroup as a Senior Digital Project Manager. Lorne managed vendor relationships, tracked revenue growth, and collaborated with onsite and offsite resources in various time zones for delivering digital project outcomes.

In 2021, Lorne began working at Avenue Living Asset Management as a Traffic Manager and Marketing Manager. Lorne built and managed a talented team to support marketing initiatives. Lorne also ensured individual and team performance alignment, developed team skills through coaching and mentoring, and improved schedule efficiency.

Additionally, in 2021, Lorne joined Alberta Adolescent Recovery Centre (AARC) as a Clinical Support member. Lorne provided assistance in clinical support activities.

Most recently, in 2022, Lorne joined Think Shift as a Senior Project Manager, where they hold a prominent role in managing projects.

Through their work experience, Lorne has demonstrated strong project management skills, effective communication, leadership, and team development abilities.

Lorne Hass BPE CEC has a diverse education history. Lorne holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Calgary. Lorne also pursued studies in Leadership & Ministry at Ambrose University and Project Management at Mount Royal University. Furthermore, Lorne completed a Management Certificate Program at the University of Calgary.

In addition to their formal education, Lorne has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. These certifications include "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" and "Agile Project Leadership" from LinkedIn. Lorne also completed LinkedIn courses such as "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)", "Scrum: The Basics", "Systems Thinking", and "What Is a PMO?". Notably, in 1989, Lorne achieved the NCCP Level III Football certification through the National Coaching Certification Program.
