Cynthia Kreider has over 19 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Cynthia started their career in 2002 as a Financial Analyst at ADVO, where they developed the company's annual budget and improved the monthly forecasting model. In 2004, they moved to BAE Systems as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they monitored and managed cash flows to meet and exceed Head Office expectations. In 2006, they joined Christmas Tree Shops as a Financial Analyst, where they initiated, developed, and led the implementation of a new staffing model to right-size store staffing levels. In 2007, they moved to Codman & Shurtleff, a Johnson & Johnson Company, as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they took the leading role for Sales portion of the Business Plan. In 2008, they joined Brightcove as a Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, where they built out the FP&A group and created an entire Budget & Forecasting system. In 2011, they moved to Analogic as a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, where they were responsible for creation of North America Ultrasound Subsidiary Budget, full P&L, and forecasting. In 2014, they joined Watts Water Technologies as a Manager - Global Financial Planning and Analysis, where they managed global Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and Forecasting functions. In 2017, they moved to Conformis as a Sr. Director, FP&A and Sales Operations and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Finally, in 2021, they joined THINK Surgical as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Cynthia Kreider received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Suffolk University in 2005. Cynthia also holds a BS in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College.
