Ryan Harris

Ryan Harris has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Ryan began their career in 2003 as a Senior Recruiter/Account Executive with Spherion and then moved to Allegis Group in 2007 in a similar role. In 2011, they joined DFC Global Corp. as a Talent Acquisition Manager and was responsible for all human capital management functions. In 2012, they were hired as the Director of Human Resources at Fetch by The Dodo, where they were responsible for the human capital structure and resource allocation in growing the company by over 250% in bottom line revenue over 5 years. In 2017, Ryan became the Head of People/Co-Founder at Noodigs, an award-winning startup. In 2019, they joined Stripe as the Head of People and Talent (Helm - fully owned subsidiary of Stripe). Most recently, in 2021, Ryan was appointed as the Head of Talent at TrueCar, Inc., where they are responsible for the architecture of scalable talent solutions. In 2022, Ryan was appointed as the VP of Client Success and Senior Management Consultant at Think Consulting.

Ryan Harris obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, Marketing from the University of Delaware. Ryan also holds a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in August 2020.
