Jill Oltjenbruns

Jill Oltjenbruns, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Think Whole Person Healthcare Aksarben since July 2021, Jill has previously held a variety of roles including Manager of the Primary Clinic at Alegent Creighton Health from April 2013 to July 2021 and Clinic Administrator at CHI Health for over three decades. Jill’s expertise encompasses talent acquisition, having worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner at Alegent Health, where Jill successfully recruited for multiple hospital locations and clinics.
