Nick Roach

Nick Roach is an experienced customer support professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Support at Thinkific since June 2020, Nick has held various roles including Support Operations Manager and Support Operations Team Lead. Prior to Thinkific, Nick worked at Getaround as Happiness Supervisor for Car Logistics and Customer Happiness Supervisor.
