The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager (Social) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project managing social media campaigns, possess strong client-facing skills, and have extensive experience working within an advertising agency environment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of social media projects, ensuring they align with client goals and are completed on time and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understanding of social media trends and platforms.
  • Understanding of social media marketing, content creation, creative ideation.
  • Operational and strategic management of client relationships, client satisfaction and deliverables, and overall quality of projects and client servicing.
  • Manage, motivate, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders, including teams of creative, strategy, and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
  • Responsible for multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and coordinators.
  • Develop detailed SOW’s, project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss campaign performance.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead new business pitches, proposals, and capability presentations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media campaigns within an advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
