Omar Abdon has over 13 years of work experience in various roles across different industries. In 2007, they began their career as a Business Development Officer at Solutions by STC. In 2008, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at Masiya Telecommunications. In 2011, they founded and became the CEO of PiXiL Apps, an enterprise-level mobile development firm. In 2012, they co-founded and became the Head of Business Development at EVO Creative Agency. In 2015, they co-founded and became the Head of Growth at Adsiclick Digital Ads Agency. In 2017, they worked as a Product Consultant at Tradecraft, a full-time growth marketing apprenticeship program for high-growth startups in the silicon valley. Omar also worked as a Growth Strategist & Manager at Apptivo Inc. In 2018, they worked as a Product Growth Consultant at EarnUp, a consumer-first payment platform. In 2019, they took on the role of Head of Product Innovation at Atollogy, Inc. Currently, they are the Director of Innovation & CSM at ThinkIQ, the leader in Transformational Intelligence for manufacturers.
