Ed Romano

Ed Romano has over 14 years of experience in the software engineering field. Ed is currently a Tech Lead at ThinkNimble, and they have held senior software engineer positions at Capital One, iStrategyLabs, and SOCURE. Prior to that, they worked as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin for six years.

Ed Romano's most recent roles have included developing a data analytic and dynamic visualization application, administering and developing a Network Traffic Analysis tool, being a supporting developer for a Network Device collection tool, and being the lead developer for a Network Device Analysis project. Ed has also been involved in a Leadership Development Program which has exposed him to various software development and project management positions. Ed's previous positions include being a developer and vulnerability consultant for a cyber penetration testing effort, UI & product engineering consultant for a cyber-security R&D project, lead developer for a Cloud Computing cyber-security R&D project, Chief Software Engineer for a $2B travel-planning web application proposal, Developer and deployment lead for a File & Case Management system, Product Manager for an open source Social Media web application, Developer for a Social Media web application, and Team lead and developer for a SOA ESB R&D project.

Ed Romano is highly skilled in the software engineering field and has experience with various programming languages and tools. Ed is dedicated to their work and is always looking for new ways to improve their skills.

Ed Romano has a Masters in Computer Engineering from Villanova University and a BS in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
