Max Mawby

Max Mawby currently serves as the Managing Director of Applied Behavioural Science at Thinks Insight & Strategy since January 2023. Prior to this role, Max held several senior positions including Senior Director and Head of Product at Kantar Public from February 2020 to January 2023, and Head of Behavioural Science at Plum Fintech from July 2019 to February 2020. At The Behavioural Insights Team from February 2017 to July 2019, Max was Head of Financial Behaviour. Earlier experience includes leadership in the Advanced Manufacturing Supply Chain Initiative at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, among various roles focused on policy and advisory duties. Max holds a Master’s Degree in Cognition and Communication from Københavns Universitet and has pursued studies at King’s College London and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
