VP of Consumer Intelligence at Thinx

Alice Warren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alice currently holds the position of VP of Consumer Intelligence at Thinx Inc., starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Experience from March 2021 to March 2022, and as the Director of Customer Experience from April 2019 to March 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Thinx Inc., Alice worked at Amulet Hotkey, where they held the role of Customer Service Manager from April 2015 to April 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Field Support Analyst from February 2014 to April 2015.

Alice also has experience in education, specifically at Kingsborough Community College, where they worked as an Adjunct Faculty and LSAMP Activity Coordinator from September 2014 to January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting talented students in STEM disciplines and coordinating research projects.

Earlier in their career, Alice worked at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation as a Systems Support Analyst from April 2007 to December 2014. Alice also had a brief role as a Global Marketing Assistant at Tai Ping Carpets from February 2007 to April 2007 and as an Architectural Assistant at GSS Architecture from June 2006 to April 2007.

Alice Warren earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Architecture from Yale University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Alice started their MBA studies in 2022 and is expected to complete them in 2024. In September 2020, Alice obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
