Jenna Groves

Jenna Groves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jenna is currently serving as the Head of Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance at Thinx Inc. Since 2022, they have been responsible for overseeing quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and compliance functions. Prior to this, they worked at Kimberly-Clark as the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs for North America from 2021 to 2022. Jenna'srole involved developing regulatory strategies and managing regulatory impacts for Kimberly-Clark Professional.

Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Jenna Groves worked at Medtronic - Cranial and Spine Therapies (CST) from 2016 to 2021 in various roles. Jenna started as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist and progressed to become a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Subsequently, they served as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for the Brain Therapies, Powered Surgical Solutions business unit. Jenna'sresponsibilities included developing regulatory strategies, assessing regulatory impacts, and evaluating changes to devices already in the global market.

Prior to Medtronic, Jenna Groves worked at Genesis Biosystems from 2011 to 2016. Initially, they served as the Manager of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs before being promoted to the role of Director of QA/RA. Jenna'sresponsibilities included overseeing quality and operations management, leading inspections and audits, managing regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Earlier in their career, Jenna Groves worked at Drew Scientific as a Quality Representative/Manager. Jenna'sresponsibilities included managing the quality management system, overseeing CAPA and complaints, directing document control activities, and assisting with product release and procedure developments. Jenna also held positions as a Quality Control Lab Supervisor and Quality Control Technician at Drew Scientific, where they supervised laboratory workflow, conducted testing and inspection, and contributed to product improvements.

Prior to transitioning into the medical device industry, Jenna Groves worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at various companies, including Medcor EMS and Greater Dallas EMS, from 2002 to 2006.

Jenna Groves has a diverse education history. In 2001, they obtained a certification in Emergency Medical Technician Training from Methodist Dallas Medical Center. Jenna later attended Dallas College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Applied Sciences and Biology.

In 2012, Jenna enrolled at the University of North Texas and completed their Bachelor of Art and Science degree in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement in 2013.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Jenna joined The Johns Hopkins University in 2016 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Regulatory Science in 2017.

Additionally, Jenna has earned a certification as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from ASQ in June 2011.
