Earlier in their career, Jenna Groves worked at Drew Scientific as a Quality Representative/Manager. Jenna'sresponsibilities included managing the quality management system, overseeing CAPA and complaints, directing document control activities, and assisting with product release and procedure developments. Jenna also held positions as a Quality Control Lab Supervisor and Quality Control Technician at Drew Scientific, where they supervised laboratory workflow, conducted testing and inspection, and contributed to product improvements.

Prior to transitioning into the medical device industry, Jenna Groves worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at various companies, including Medcor EMS and Greater Dallas EMS, from 2002 to 2006.

Jenna Groves has a diverse education history. In 2001, they obtained a certification in Emergency Medical Technician Training from Methodist Dallas Medical Center. Jenna later attended Dallas College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Applied Sciences and Biology.

In 2012, Jenna enrolled at the University of North Texas and completed their Bachelor of Art and Science degree in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement in 2013.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Jenna joined The Johns Hopkins University in 2016 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Regulatory Science in 2017.

Additionally, Jenna has earned a certification as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from ASQ in June 2011.
