Ajay Bawa

Ajay Bawa has a diverse work experience. Ajay is currently working as the COO and Co-Founder at Thiozen Inc. since April 2020. Before that, they co-founded and served as the Board Chair at Seed Consulting Group from August 2014. In 2018, they worked as an MBA Intern at NextEra Energy Resources. From July 2013 to August 2018, they held various roles including Vice President, Quality Manager, and Industrial Engineer at LA Gauge. Ajay also worked as a Foreign Exchange Associate at Laissez Faire Capital from August 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, they co-founded Spondevu from November 2011 to April 2013. In 2011, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems focusing on F/A-18 and F-35 projects.

Ajay Bawa holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Climate Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. Ajay also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance & Data Analytics from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to their graduate studies, Ajay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Research, with a minor in Conservation Resource Studies, from the University of California, Berkeley. Ajay completed their secondary education at El Dorado High School.
