Abdullah Aleraifij

Abdullah Aleraifij has a strong background in business operations and project management. Abdullah started their career at Elm Company in 2012, where they held various roles such as MIS & Training Team Lead, Senior Operation Project Manager, and Service Manager. In these positions, they successfully managed customer performance and scalability issues, led scope changes for operations projects, and collaborated with stakeholders to determine project requirements. In 2018, they joined THIQAH as a Business Operation Group Manager and steadily progressed to the roles of Business Operation Manager, Senior Business Operation Manager, and currently serves as the Business Operation Director.

Abdullah Aleraifij completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System at King AbdulAziz University in an unknown start year and finished in 2008. Abdullah then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) in Information System from the University of Canberra, studying from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Abdullah Aleraifij holds a certification as a COPC Inc. HPMT Certified Professional Manager, which they obtained in January 2021 from COPC Inc.
