Latifah Alrasheed

Latifah AlRasheed has a diverse work experience, starting with their role at Ernst & Young as a Consultant in People & Organization, Advisory, Performance Improvement from December 2011 to December 2013. Latifah then moved on to Airbus Defence and Space, where they worked in Organization Development from December 2013 to August 2015. Following this, Latifah joined THIQAH Business Services, starting as an Organization Development professional in September 2015 and eventually advancing to the roles of Human Resources Manager, Human Capital Director, and currently serving as the Chief Human Capital Officer since January 2019.

From 2006 to 2010, Latifah AlRasheed attended the University of New Haven, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
