Meredith C.

Meredith C. is a Mental Health Therapist at Thriveworks since August 2024, while concurrently serving as a Consulting Mental Health Therapist and Therapy Team Lead at THIRA Health since July 2020. In previous roles, Meredith provided individual and group therapy using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), facilitated crisis interventions, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience includes an MSW Internship at UW Medicine, where Meredith supported mental health care coordination, and an MSW Internship at Seattle World School, focused on student empowerment for refugees and immigrants.
