Gavin B. Stefanski

Gavin B. Stefanski joined the Association in 2018 in the Management Training Program, supporting the company’s branch system in Southern Ohio and Northeast Ohio. Mr. Stefanski was named Underwriting Manager in 2019 and became Loan Production Manager in 2021, and was named Chief Lending Officer in April 2022. Prior to Third Federal, he managed multi-billion dollar and strategic clients for ODW Logistics, a national supply chain solutions company in Hamilton, Ohio, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining customized total freight management solutions driving high revenue growth for ODW. Mr. Stefanski holds a BS in Business from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
