Third Horizon is a progressive consulting firm specialising in strategy execution. We help organisations navigate the complexity of business transformation pragmatically, collaboratively and strategically.
And we do this by working with leadership – as one team – to implement strategy and complex transformation.

We do this by:
- combining analysis and design thinking to unlock the insights that create robust strategies
- caring more about your business than our methods
- do it with you, not to you
- delivering sustainable results, fast.

Our experienced consultants are industry and subject matter experts who bring rigour and deep insight to every project. We ensure cost-effective outcomes via flexible resourcing arrangements which efficiently leverage our expertise.

Founded in 2004, we have over 70 staff in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.

As an industry-focused firm, we concentrate on a select set of industries - Financial Services, Government, Utilities, Industrial and Consumer Goods; and Property and Construction.

Our key service areas are Business Strategy, Design & Execution through Strategic Insights; Human-Centred Design, Operating Model, Commercial Strategy; Enabling Technology; Culture & Change; and Program Delivery.

Having a collegiate environment, our company is a sought after place to work. To find out more about Third Horizon, the work we do and our culture, visit our website www.thirdhorizon.com.au
