Maria Ziemer

Maria Ziemer has held a variety of roles in the past 15 years. Maria began their career in 2004 as a Speaker/Presenter/Trainer for Monster. In 2005, they took on the role of Adult Reference Associate for Messenger Public Library. In 2006, they became a Training and Information Specialist for CSA. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as Global Manager, Graduate Education Program for ProQuest. During this time, they also held adjunct faculty positions at San Jose State University (2014), University of Washington (2015), and Dominican University (2015). Most recently, they have been working as Director of Global Outreach - Eastern US and Europe for Third Iron since 2015.

Maria Ziemer obtained a BA in French and Communication from Hope College in 2001. Maria then went on to earn a MLIS in Library and Information Science from Dominican University in 2005.
