Raja Aishah R. has a diverse range of work experience. Raja Aishah started their career as the Co-Founder and CFO of Adam Image Clothing, where they developed financial reports and plans for the company's long-term goals. Raja Aishah then worked as a Mentor at the Asian Academy for Applied Entrepreneurship, designing course curriculums and teaching entrepreneurship programs. Raja also served as a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Moving on, they joined Smarter Good, Inc., where they held multiple roles including Research Associate, Senior Development Associate, Associate Development Manager, and Development Manager for Research. In these positions, Raja provided strategic fundraising services, managed development teams, and led the research and development of funding pipelines worth millions.
Raja then joined Ashoka as a Social Entrepreneur for the "Women for a Better Normal" program. Raja Aishah later worked at PumaPublic Productions as the Head of Branded Content Development and the Director of Sales and Fundraising. In these roles, Raja developed grant proposals, managed donor relationships, and successfully raised and managed $300K in grants.
Their most recent experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ThinkCap Management Consultancy Services, where they led the organization in providing strategic services to nonprofits and social enterprises around Asia.
Currently, Raja is working as a Project Manager at Third Pillar A Globe Business Company.
Raja Aishah R. completed their high school education from Sri Garden School, Kuala Lumpur from 2004 to 2008. Raja Aishah pursued an Arts Program with an Accounting Track during this time. Later, from 2009 to 2014, Raja Aishah R. attended San Beda College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
