Jon Oakdale

Jon assesses the clients’ needs and constraints and proposes data systems strategies that are effective, accessible, and minimize burdens on the client and their organization.

For nearly 15 years, Jon has helped government, nonprofit, philanthropic, and national and international corporate clients solve data challenges. Jon’s recent projects include developing and implementing Community Assessment Tools using Tableau for the Utah Department of Health, Texas Education Agency, and Washington Department of Early Learning. Jon also developed reporting and analysis engines for the Washington Department of Early Learning and Washington Department of Children, Youth, and Families; planned implementation of a master data management hub at Washington Department of Early Learning; and built financial models for several nonprofit organizations to support long range planning.

Jon holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Willamette University.
