Pankaj Saikia completed their education in a chronological order. From 1995 to 1999, they attended the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mining Engineering. In 2020 and 2021, Pankaj enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore for the Executive General Management Program (EGMP).

In addition to their educational qualifications, Pankaj Saikia obtained two certifications in the field of Information Technology. In May 2023, they received the certification for "AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions" from Microsoft.
