Yan Ramos da Silva

Yan Ramos da Silva has worked for a variety of companies since 2012. Yan began as a Software Developer for ADDLabs and Great Play Network. In 2013, they became a Teacher for Curso Carlos Ribeiro. In 2014, they moved to Colégio Pedro II, where they were a Teacher teaching computer assembly and maintenance techniques, web development and other technical subjects. In 2017, they accepted a role as an Agile Team Lead at censhare, where they acted as a Scrum Master for a full-stack software development team and a line manager for the developers in the team. In 2019, they became a Java Team Lead at Roxor Gaming. In 2021, they joined Improbable as a Partner Engineering Manager. Currently, they are an Engineering Manager at Thirdfort, responsible for growing and maintaining full-feature software engineering teams and working towards timely and high-quality delivery of features.

Yan Ramos da Silva obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense in 2012. Yan then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Graphics from the same university, which they completed in 2016. In April 2016, they also obtained an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certification from the British Council.
