Rhushabh Mehta

Rhushabh Mehta has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Rhushabh'swork experience began in 1995 as a Senior Manager of Technology at Sapient. In 2002, they joined UBS Investment Bank as a Director. In 2004, they co-founded Natural Cohesion, a boutique consultancy, where they served as Head of Technology and Operations for clients such as ESPN. In 2007, they became Head of Engineering at Tablet, Inc., an on-line travel agency for luxury boutique hotels. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at American Express as Vice President of Engineering, where they headed the Foreign Exchange technology division and transformed a global team into a leaner, faster, and high performing group. Rhushabh also served as Director of International Application Development, delivering and operating an integrated transaction processing, risk, reporting, and business platform across mobile, web, and social channels. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Audible, Inc. as Head of Foundational Technology, and at HUMAN as SVP of Engineering and R&D. In 2021, they joined Core Latitude Consulting Services as a Strategic Advisor, providing advisory services for Series A and Series B companies. Rhushabh is currently VP of Engineering at Expedia Group.

Rhushabh Mehta attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science.
