Laurence has held various roles in the food industry, ranging from recruitment to team leadership. Laurence currently leads the recruitment function at THIS™, a fast-growing business in the FMCG industry. Laurence has also gained experience in responsible sourcing, man management, and NPD processes through previous roles at companies like Samworth Brothers and JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. Laurence holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Nottingham.
