Karina Rymer, MBA

Karina Rymer, MBA, is currently working as the Director of People Operations at Thistle since February 2022. Prior to that, Karina was a Director of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition at Optima Tax Relief from March 2020 to August 2021. With experience as a Sr. Human Resources Manager at OneMain Financial and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Best Buy, Karina has a strong background in human resources. Karina also served in the United States Army as both a Human Resources Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Karina holds a Certification in Executive Leadership and Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Columbia College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
