Aisha Subia

Aisha Subia has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. In 2005, they began their career as a Human Resources Technician at Contra Costa County. Aisha then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Haiyi Hotels in 2012, followed by a contract position as a Human Resources Coordinator at Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) in 2013. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Generalist at VEP Healthcare, Inc. and then a Human Resources Manager at BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) in 2015. In 2017, they were an HR Manager/Interim HR Director at Moana Restaurant Group. In 2018, they became a Lead Recruiter at Revolution Foods and then a Talent Acquisition Partner at Flow Cannabis Co. in 2019. Most recently, in 2020, they have been a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at Thistle, overseeing all aspects of the Talent Acquisition function and managing a team of two.

Aisha Subia attended Heald College-Concord from 1994 to 1996, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Legal Studies. Prior to this, they attended Pinole Valley High School.
