Stephanie Stamatos is an accomplished human capital executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as an Executive Partner and Managing Director of Human Capital at THL Partners since September 2016, Stephanie has previously held positions such as Executive Coach at Stephanie Stamatos Coaching & Consulting, Human Resources Executive at GMO, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at both Thomas H. Lee Partners and Silver Lake Partners. With a career foundation established at Fidelity Investments as Vice President of Human Resources, Stephanie holds a BA in Economics from Bates College and attended the Noble and Greenough School.
