Derek Dalrymple

Derek Dalrymple is a professional with extensive experience in education and behavioral health. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Thomas College since November 2021, Derek teaches the First Year Experience course, assisting new students in acclimating to college culture while enhancing their personal and professional skills. In a previous role as Resident Director at Thomas College, Derek managed residential life programs and ensured the smooth operation of residence halls. Prior experience includes various positions at Pathways from August 2014 to November 2021, where Derek progressed from Behavioral Health Professional to Case Manager, providing therapeutic support and coordinating care for clients and their families. Earlier work experience encompasses roles in customer service and maintenance, including positions at Hannaford Bros. Co., Franklin Savings Bank, and the Mount Blue Regional School District. Derek holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Thomas College, completed in 2014.
