Lerissa Manawar is an accomplished professional in the field of customer success and psychology, currently serving as the Global Lead Customer Success at Thomas since June 2022, following roles as Regional Lead Customer Success and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Client Development Consultant at Thomas South Africa from December 2017 to May 2022, and an internship as an Industrial Psychologist with Thomas International from November 2016 to November 2017. Lerissa began her career as an Intern Psychometrist at ACT International in 2015. Lerissa holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal and two Bachelor's Degrees in Clinical Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa. Early education was completed at Durban Girls High School.
