Riccardo Cevaal

Riccardo Cevaal currently serves as the Director of International Sales at Thomas International since April 2023. Prior to this role, Riccardo held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Pera, where focus was on enhancing investment in human resources through linguistic analysis. Riccardo’s extensive experience includes serving as Country Sales Director at Lee Hecht Harrison, leading international business initiatives at PiCompany Nordics and GITP, and directing national sales in the Netherlands and Belgium for CEB, now Gartner. Earlier career highlights include sales leadership roles at SHL and marketing management at Raet, along with earlier experience as an account manager at Randstad. Riccardo holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
