Ryan Dolan

Ryan Dolan has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Ryan is currently working as an Information Technology Operations Manager at the Thomas Jefferson Foundation since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the Johnson County Library as an IT Technology Analyst II from June 2016 to April 2023. During this role, they were responsible for configuring systems, transitioning staff and public to new operating systems, and supporting new office locations. Before that, Ryan worked as a Service Desk Engineer at NetStandard, Inc. from January 2014 to October 2015. Ryan also served as an IT Desktop Analyst at The Art Institutes International - Kansas City from October 2011 to December 2013, where they collaborated with senior leadership, managed student employees, and handled the campus technology budget. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as an IT Support Analyst at Illinois Institute of Art from October 2008 to October 2011, where they provided support to a two-campus college, managed technology inventory, and supervised student workers.

Ryan Dolan's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Pleasant Plains High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Ryan then went on to Carthage College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a specialization in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Ryan Dolan also obtained additional certifications. In July 2021, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC) through the SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
