Paul O'Moore

Medical Director, Asplundh Surgical Center at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals

Paul O'Moore has a strong background in radiology and medical imaging. Paul has held various positions throughout their career, starting in 1988 as an Attending Radiologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Paul then worked at Abington - Jefferson Health, where they served as a Senior Radiologist and later became the Medical Director of the Asplundh Surgical Center. In 2000, they joined the Radiology Group of Abington / Abington Memorial Hospital as the Section Head of Interventional Radiology until 2017. In 2013, they also served as the Medical Director of Laboratory and Diagnostic Radiology Services at Abington Health Center at Blue Bell. Additionally, Paul O'Moore has had extensive experience as a President at Montgomery County Advanced Medical Imaging and Fort Washington Radiological Associates. Paul has also worked as a Staff Physician at The Vein Institute of Blue Bell since 2016. Furthermore, they have served as an Expert Reader and Adjudicator for various Central Research Organizations since 2003. Since 2010, they have been self-employed as a Medical-Legal Expert Radiologist, specializing in General Radiology, Interventional Radiology, and Oncologic Imaging.

Paul O'Moore completed their undergraduate studies in Biology at Harvard University from 1975 to 1979, earning an A.B. degree. Paul then pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine from 1979 to 1993, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
