Ronald Kander

Ronald Kander serves as the Dean of Kanbar College and Senior Associate Provost for Applied Research at Thomas Jefferson University since July 2017. Prior to this role, Ronald Kander was the Executive Dean of the College of Design, Engineering and Commerce at Philadelphia University from July 2011 to July 2017. Ronald Kander also held the position of Director of the School of Engineering at James Madison University from July 2001 to July 2011 and was a Professor in Materials Science & Engineering at Virginia Tech from July 1990 to July 2001. Ronald Kander began his career as a Senior Engineer at DuPont, where Ronald worked from July 1984 to July 1990. Ronald Kander holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware (1980-1985) and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (1976-1980).
